Originally from South Boston, Attorney Welch grew up in Dedham, Massachusetts. In 2012, she moved to New Hampshire with her husband and two daughters.
Attorney Welch serves as a permanent, court appointed, guardian for six incapacitated adults in Massachusetts. She has appeared before the Criminal Division, Family Division, Probate Division, and the New Hampshire Department of Labor.
