Attorney Welch is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She regularly appears before the Family and Probate Courts in both jurisdictions.
Attorney Welch practices Domestic Relations Law – including Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Divorce, Separation, Annulment, Parenting Petitions, Child Support, Alimony, Termination/Surrender of Parental Rights, Adoption, Guardianship of minor children, contempt, modification, and post-divorce matters. She works tirelessly to help parents create parenting plans that are in the best interests of the children. She has a special interest in parental alienation cases. She ensures that client’s expectations are clear from the outset and communicates with each client in a way that he or she understands.
Attorney Welch also regularly practices Estate Planning, which includes preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and similar documents. She can help to craft a customized estate plan to fit each client’s need.
Attorney Welch regularly appears before the probate court for guardianship of incapacitated adults cases and works closely with clients to ensure their loved ones are being properly attended to.
Attorney Welch has been described as assertive, compassionate, and a zealous advocate for her clients.
She is a Justice of the Peace in the State of New Hampshire and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Greater Newburyport Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar New Lawyers Committee, and High Tide BNI.
